At 12:00 pm today, i can feel the energy is surrounding above my head. It felt warm and my guide told me that attunement is in progress. So I look for a spot to relax and meditate..And I felt thirsty all the time after the attunement. Thanks Master Mohan and warm blessing to you.

Okay i will try to visualize it often.. . I notice the difference when doing healing to others when i visualize the colourful raindbow comming out from my palms than nothing at all. I can feel my palms vibrating.

Last week i dream about doing reiki to myself and then rainbow coming out from my right palm and connect to my other palm. After i woke up both my was in the same position in my dream and its it feel warm. Strange huh.
