There are many schools of thought regarding Astral Projection.
you have to find out one which you are most comfortable with.
The basic principle is deeper levels of meditative states & relaxation.
The basic aim is self awareness, more so restful states of awareness. Astral projection is a small part of it. It is basically an extension of your dream where you are active.
If one is on path of spirituality & meditation you will be able to do it.

Thank you, I just stepped on the path, I havnt reached full chakra meditation yet. I cannot seem to open my root, but I am hopeing through reiki I will be able to balance and heal my chakra system.
