Dear Guruji,
I have started the Meditation you have given for the last 10 days.As you have mentioned I need to wait for 3 months to actually see the results but I feel very happy and free when I move the body and when I mediate on each chakra I can feel a gentle coolness in each chakra which is a very pleasant feeling after the pranayams that we do which are very exerting.Especially the throat gets very soar.
Totally its a very touchy meditation.THANKS A LOT FOR THIS SIR.
