Please quit being too harsh on yourself.
In your problem , though the Kundalini problem cannot be discounted, its not the major reason. You may have certain unresolved issues & blockages which you must tackle to ensure a a smooth Kundalini flow.
Regular Chakra balancing Reiki on self would have solved the problem by now. Also do proper grounding. Concentrate for sometime on the minor Chakras in the Knees, ankle & sole of feet. 
Also never underestimate your own Healing powers. I am not just motivating you, but stating a fact.

Dear Tsukasa,
For a change forget concentrating on any particular Chakra. Concentrate on balancing the chakras & centering.
Secondly don't carry on having preconceived notions, they will start manifesting. Anticipate Change . You will experience Change. 
Thirdly do a forgiveness session on yourself & then seek forgiveness from others. Then you forgive others. see yourself in total harmony with others.
Forget your obsession so to say about Kundalini. lOl. Kundalini awakening is lot different than most imagine. It is not just a mere sensation rushing up your spine. Its a heightened state of God awareness that few experience that too in varying degrees.

Sorry to hear the symptoms are back.
Do try to analyze.
Maybe there is a message somewhere. Some issue has to be healed. Just try to remember.
