my 2nd degree attunement was rather warmed than the 1st one.
after did meditation about 25 minutes, I continued with meditation for awakening and strengthen the kundalini.There was upward flow sensation in my spinal.
Was the upward flow sensation is kundalini energy or anything else?
Can you tell me how to know the quality of our kundalini energy or body energy system ? or can you help me to scan my body energy system so I can determine my progress?
