Dear Pankaj,
Please stop the pain-killers. If used for a prolonged period they harm the digestive & excretory system. Please bear the discomfort for some days.
Instead do steaming early morning without vicks etc. followed by any hot beverage. avoid coffee. If you know Kapalbhati Pranayam please start it.
You will be much relieved soon & eventually be fine.
