Is the attunement always complete?

Using the term as youare indeed a guru.
1. As attunement is dependent on the person receiving the attunement.
and attunement is only to the level the person can hanlde.
If 100% energy is manifested by you, and attunement energy is 50%, what happens to the balance 50%.
hoe does the receiver get attuned for the rest 50%


2. I want to form a group of reiki users of this site from india where we can practice distant healing.
This will help us understand the effects as the client will necessary not tell exactly if it took place, and its effects.
Can this be done?

Some individual told me that before consciously call down the attunement they experience a divinity working though them. It makes the preparation before actually call down the attunement.
As you have written,

As attunement is dependent on the person receiving the attunement.
and attunement is only to the level the person can hanlde.

So, only needed energy is manifested.
If for any reason attunement is refused it goes back to the cosmic intelligence. 

Well, The Holistic Care is available to the global masses. Still if you want to form such a group. Better you suggest me.

Dear Govind,
Namaste from Dhananjay. I have a feeling that, either U forgot to ask the question, U had in your mind, or U got the answer. Subject of your post is "Is the attunement always complete?" I still want to answer it as, Yes, Always complete. It is not like a fruit that is cut into pieces & master forgot to give U the other half. There is nothing like 100% sent, where 50% were required (as attunement enrergy). U always get the complete fruit. Whether U can eat it or not, is your ability.
Now as far as forming a group is concern, WE are already a GROUP. a Family.
Please gain your experiences here & then think of it.

Yes you are right,
Let me confirm
I had taken a lot of beatings treading this path of spiritual flight.
When i started Kundalini rieki, i also started a search of ebooks, possible also have a vast of it now.
A particular protion by Dr. Jake Wakefield was intresting wherein he mentions that
while attuning "I ask that i may be further attuned for _______ becoming further stronger in that particular type of attunement"
So it's better to put a question that may look to be idiotic but really matters when the answers come through.

Both the replies here have shed more insight of what one thinks it is,
but still it an experience one cannot forget.
