Dear Mohan, Stephen, Tanisha and all others interrested...

This was my first Reiki attunement and so my awareness and understanding about these things are still quite limited and I don´t know how to write these things in the right terminology. So I will just try to express what happened in my own words and appologise if I cannot make it more clear.
Since it was my first experience with Reiki there were naturally some excitement and doubts beforehand. So I just sat down and did everything as prescribed by Mohan. I invited and allowed the attunement to take place and then waited for some signs or energy to come in. In the first 10 minutes or so nothing much seemed to happen. ( propably because I was too much preoccupied with expectations and fears (that it might not work) ). After that, when I got more relaxed I became aware of something new happening somewhere in the background. It was nothing spectacular just a feeling, that something is opening. this was taking place rather slow and steadily, taking maybe 20 or 30 minutes, but even then wasn´t really finished but kept on evolving. I cannot really say where it was happening, just that it opened for a new quality of energy, different from what I experienced in meditation or Qi-gong before. Nothing better or stronger, just different. I would maybe say this energy has ying character, like water, you cannot force it by will-power , you can just invite it and let it flow. the less you do the better it flow.
The one thing I can say after 1 day of experimenting is that my Visualisation is greatly enhanced. I can now visualise my chakras for exsample much more easily, they appear in their colours and respond to my sending energy to them. I can also feel and visualize my Aura much better, feel Reiki flowing through and become aware of blocks within etc..
Also my Urin has an unusual ( good ) smell and taste.
So thats all I can say at the moment.

Thank you Mohan for sharing this to me. I´m still thinking about what I can do in exchange. I did send out healing energy to Antonio, Tanisha and her family and keep on sending. Also sent Reiki out to the light sphere and will keep on sending. So let love and joy be my payment for the moment..

You are doing very well.
Do take regular healings on self & others too.
Do touch healings regularly on each chakra to experience good & improved Reiki flow. Go at your own pace
Also try the REIKI MEDITATION technique shown in the Reiki section. It will boost your Reiki flow.
