Hi!
An attunement is about to wake up the kundalini in you, wich usually means that the body usually responds in a more ecstatic way since much more energy is running freely. If you experience a sexual problem right now I think that tells you somehting. It is a message to back of a bit. Maybe take a time of for meditation and let the energy get setteled or lern to know the new you.
Perhaps you sexuality is connected to your egodrive or the other way around; you need a time to learn to know your sexuality without any interference.
But I wouldn't say that the problem comes from the attunement it self.
Look within your self.

The attunements do raise sensitivity in general & Sexual Stimulation is no exception.
But I have never been reported when something went really drastic & overboard.
Claire has given a good explanation. A little interrospection as suggested is always good. Also agree to
i.) Are you asking about excessive sexual stimulation or rather The Lack or Decrease of it.
ii.) Direct Stimulation or just libido
