My intro

Hi everyone,
I am Sanija from Tennessee, USA. Driven by many healt issues,I was in search of an alternative healing methods. I come across of informations about Reiki healing. It is amezing how that holistic approach is simple yet effective. No side effects attached to it.Amazing!
I read many manuals via Internet; learned symbols, hand positions ....The only thing I need now is to be attuned to Reiki to be able to apply my knowledge into practice. Hopefully, someone will advice me which one is best to begin with-Usui Reiki or Kundalin Reiki.
I'm so sorry to miss todays Attunement-I come across this web page to late and waited on activation But next time, inshaAllah

Dear Sanija,
A warm welcome to THC & a happy stay.
Since you asked, it is always advisable to start with Usui Reiki.
It is very simple & requires no pre meditative & guided approach.
Usui Reiki level 1 in our next attunement session,
Usui Reiki level 2 in the following session,
Usui Reiki Master level after a gap. A gap is always good as this allows your body cells to get used to the new vibrational levels. Once you are sure you have assimilated the system you try the next level.
Important to do daily & regular healings on self & others
You can try other modalities, say after having the Usui- Reiki Master level.
All said the choice is yours.
