I was just thinking about my asthma and what you could do about it to remove it. Also, if your hands are often usually cold, does that say anything as far as my reiki goes? Let me know what you guys think.

About working with astma: I should do both hands on and sending to my lungs and adress to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. I should also do sendnings to DNA. You could use Kundalini reiki if you have that attunement, but it is also good to use Usui Reiki, it is just to visuilize the DNA strands and send reiki to them. Use SHK-symbol, say it as a mantra when sending, "see" the light heal the strands and mend missing or broken parts...and lighten up dark parts.

About your hands...trust the energy.

hmm... something had held me back from saying this, but now that i'm here, I have to elaborate a bit more about my hands. I currently have something called Raynaud's Syndrome. This makes my hands loose heat quickly and when it turns cold, it turns blue. When it is hot, inflammation occurs and sometimes turns out to be itchy. Tell me what you think about this.
