feedback for attunement experience-Ayurveda Reiki level 1

Hello all,
I experienced a lot of energy buzzing around and in me. I felt my hands and legs go heavy gradually. I felt energy pulsating strongly in my palms, in waves. After maybe 10-15 minutes of starting to pull down the attunement, I felt suddenly as if my forehead was pushed back. I also saw some colors like purple and white off and on during the session.I felt some tingling once on the left side of the head and once on the right side.
Post attunement I'm feeling light and energetic.My palms still have that buzz of energy.
