I decided to try this again...while alone in the house. I am so glad I did...
Ayurvedic Attunement Experience
I just finished my re try attunement. I used some nag champa incense and lit the room with a multi color light bulb. It took about 7 minutes before I could feel anything – but the feeling I did get was that my guides were with me – two or possibly three. I could see blips of blue color and ‘knew‘ it was them. I kept getting this word over and over in my mind, or a play on words...anja, and asya. Then I felt like I was inside a yellowish-blue bubble and my palms started lightly tingling and the bottoms of my feet tingling. Then a black spot swirling across my closed eyes – I just kept breathing and focusing on keeping my posture straight, Yet the two names anja and asya kept coming over and over, and then I felt my palms become warm and then the tingles increased to a point where it felt like I had two smooth and polished rocks which were heavy and fit perfectly into each palm to center my palms and the tingles and heat were there! It was amazing and I smiled while this was happening. It felt so good and the names kept coming until I felt the need to say them aloud and then the tingles started to wane and the names stopped repeating in my head but I still kept ‘seeing’ the forms of tiny sparks of yellow and blue like the size of a grain of rice in my mind’s eye. It was then that I felt the need to open my eyes and I looked over my shoulder at the clock and exactly 30 minutes had passed. What an AMAZING experience! Thank you so much!
I looked up Anja and then I looked up Asya on Google – this blew me away...
Anja is a baby girl name. Anja originated as an Russian name. In Russian the name Anja means- grace of God.
Asya means "healing" in Aramaic.
I assume these are my guides or could it just be acknowledgement from the Divine that my attunement is a personal success? All I know is that I am so ecstatic right now!
