Reiki Healing Book

Hi Pradeep and Chandresh,

I have a Reiki Healing Book which has some photos and peoples names and their requests in it and which I add new ones to when needed. I channel my reiki to all those in my book once or twice a week by drawing the distance symbol over it and saying 'The Buddha in me sees the Buddha in you' 3 times and then I draw the chok-u-rei over it and say 'I command the universal energy' 3 times and ask that healing be sent to everyone in my book for their highest and greatest good and then I hold my book between my hands and intend that the reiki flow for as long as it is needed. At the end I draw the distance symbol again and rub my hands together to finish the session.
This is how I learnt to do it but everyone has their own way.

I hope this has helped. I also have the Holistic Light Sphere in my book and a photo of it which we were given so healing is sent each time there as well.

Its wonderful to know that you have the HLS in your healing list.
Thanks for sharing your method.
I used to keep pictures too but the wallet was getting too fat & pictures sticking to each other in the Indian heat. So stopped.
I will message you when I will do the Angel Reiki Attunement and the Ethereal Crystals (the latest one)
