I have received The BLUE. and the Experience was very good. at starting of the session i feel the energy at Crown and Third eye Chakra. i feel powerful flow at my Palms and place them at various body places. after 15 min i allow the energy to Flow Itself for my best(wherever it required.) then i was in deep sleep for next 30 min.

n as you say the session finished in 45-50 minutes.

after the session feel very fresh n energetic. the energy was very light but powerful.

You're very welcome. It's interesting that many people say they had a deep sleep after a healing session. Also, some people say that they feel a sense of discomfort as the Blue is infused and does its work.

Thank you for your feedback, it helps me to understand more about how to heal others more deeply. I do find that the Kundalini Reiki works exceptionally well with the Blue.

I looked at the link. I received nothing except a feeling of a pungent taste on the tip of my tongue until I saw the image of the root. Then I sensed a flare of affirmation. So yes, that would be the mustard color I saw. I looked at some images of mustard powder as well, and it felt like mustard itself was much too hot.

Since I'm not at all familiar with Ayurvedic medicine and keep getting information on Ayurdedic herbs and treatments during healings now, it would seem that I'm being guided to start studying Ayurvedic herbs.

As if I'm not constantly being "urged" forward in all the other things I'm incessantly studing and learning at this point of my life!

Question is: When do I ?

Lol...I am not complaining in the least, however. To heal to help, to nurture, these are what we healers opted to do.

I am so very, very glad that I have all of you who are so versed in Ayurvedic medicine to help make sense of these things I'm receiving during healing sessions!
