New Activity- Sunday Theme Healing

Dear Members,
Hope to start a new activity from Sunday.
The HLS has graduated to regular & daily practice.
thanks for the support of members.
Every Sunday we chose a theme on which we concentrate our Healing Light & Energies.
I will make a post where we can chose & recommend a theme.
Majority & Necessity will be the preference. 
The first Sunday(16th December) the theme I have chosen is Healing Mother Earth (Gaia)
Would like Master Mohan's formal permission before I go ahead and start the post. Also the support of members on the forum.
Please do support this activity. Awaiting your response.

BHOOMI VANDANA (SALUTATION TO MOTHER EARTH)

After getting up from the Bed and before keeping your feet down on the Bhoomi (Mother Earth) one should do salutations to Bhoomi and also beg for pardon for the helplessness of putting your feet on her, by saying this shloka.

SAMUDRAVASANE DEVI PARVATASTANMANDITE,
VISHNU PATNI NASTUBHYAM PAADSPARSHAM KSHAMASVAME

(Salutations to the wife of Lord Vishnu, Vasundhara (Earth), whose Vastra (Apparels) are SAMUDRA (Oceans), and whose STANA (Breast) are the Mountains. Forgive me for the sin, by putting my feet upon you.)

The Status of Mother Earth is higher than our own mother, who has given birth to us, because our Mothers look after our welfare till we are grown up i.e. (feeding, Sanitation etc.) but the Mother earth looks after us and care for us, since the time of birth, till we die by nourishing us with food, and accepting even our excrement. Even after being indebted to Mother, Earth, a man acts unfaithfully to her by causing numerous harms to her, like digging, filling the earth with waste products, felling trees etc. To make her sons happy and satisfied, Mother Earth accepts all the pains.


There is a beautiful poem I read somewhere,
Oh mother you are the earth,
You are routating around you and sun,
giving us every morining and evening
giving birth and death,
giving rise and fall,
giving knowledge and intellectuality
giving food and shelter,
giving good and bad,
every one says you are strong stones and mud
but your heart is so like the roses and jasmine
you are really a kind and honest person,
beacasue you are saving every one life and
their lives, because you are mother of all
living beings, every human being praying you,
you are great, my mother earth you are really
great, beacause you give birth to every
insects and every one so you are my mother.

Well as it has to do with the way of the Gaia healing there is nothing difficult....

Just visualise the planet between your hand and start the flow or just have the intention to send Reiki to Gaia with any system of Reiki you have, if Usui Reiki just use the symbols....
A good yet simple technique is that where you only have to take off your shoes and let the Reiki flow from your feet down to Gaia....
The experience is wonderful...     :D   :D

Dear Steve,
Today morning I visualize mother earth in palms.
It was really marvelous experience. I experienced strong Blue vapors were emitting from my palms. The flow was consistently intense.  It continued for long time approx. 25 Min.
After healing I felt too calm and serene, the heart was filled with the feeling of gratitude.
I was so delighted that I can do something for our mother.

Dear Thank you very much for initiation.
Mohan is out of station and sent healing to mother earth.

Well I have an idea about the next theme if all members agree then we can do it otherwise I am expecting new ideas... 
As we have started with Gaia it may be good to separate the elements and send healings to each one....
For example we began with the element of Earth, now we can focus on Water, after Fire, then Wind and then the 5th element the Ether which is too important.
We all know that the water we drink the water of the seas is mostly poisoned by chemicals and petrol many fish and mammal species are vanished the one after another...
I believe that we have to do something! even a little!

I had suggested Stephen something else but, the theme Healing you suggested is even more vital. So let us do one by one on each Sunday.


Panch Maha bhootas, or great "elements"

The entire universe is made up of Panch Maha bhootas, or great
"elements" . (which are not material in the usual sense of the term, and are
types of energy.) For identifying them they are called
Akaasa ( space or ether)
Vaayu ( air )
Agni (fire )
Ap ( water )
Prithvi( earth )
Panch Maha bhootas are omnipresent, they are mixed in an infinite variety
of relative proportions such that each form of matter is distinctly unique.
Although each element has a range of attributes, only some get evident in
particular situations. Constantly changing and interacting with each other,
they create a situation of dynamic flux that keeps the world going.
Just as in nature, we too have these five elements in us. When any of these
elements are present in the environment, they will in turn have an influence
on us. While we are a composite of these five primary elements, certain
elements are seen to have an ability to combine to create various
physiological functions.
Within a simple, single living cell for example the earth element
predominates by giving structure to the cell. The water element is present
in the cytoplasm or the liquid within the cell membrane. The fire element
regulates the metabolic processes regulating the cell. While the air element
dominates the gases therein. The space occupied by the cell denoting the
last of the elements.
