about the receiving time of the attunement
on 30 december 2007,
is it anytime whenever i'm ready ?

Dear Friend,
Master Mohan will post on the day Attunements are done and inform you. You can then take down the attunement any time you want.
The Guidelines clearly mention the time & method. Please read it again carefully. For your convenience here is the quote.....

Posture:

Don't worry if you don't feel anything during the attunements! It doesn't mean that you haven't
received it, it simply means that you didn't experience it consciously.
