"o" ~ FREE Download Google Earth New Version ~ "o"

Post by RisingSun »

Hi there everyone!!!

The following version, "Welcome to Google Earth" I downloaded myself a n d, UUUuuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! This one´s phantastic!!! All kind´s of New stuff!! You can pretend, you´re sitting in a super sonic magic :yS jet flying carpet, falling straight down towards the earth and just before you´re about to hit the ground, (Not such a good idea, to hit the ground or who knows what!) ....it automatically pulls you up and you´re flying just above the ground.

And now, it even has a button at the top, that when you click it, you may watch at once, in a fast or slower motion, the lit up areas of the Earth, where the sun, THE HOLISTIC LIGHTSPHERE lights it up. Pretty cool or rather "Fett" they say today!

Or check out that area, that you´re looking @, On Google Maps, by just clicking that button @ the top of Google Earth! There too, is the map of the Google "STARS" already included.

And here it is, THE NEW VERSION OF "GOOGLE EARTH"!

Getting Started

The first question many nonprofits ask is: should we use Google Earth or Google Maps? The answer is yes! Both "Earth" and "Maps" have proven to be very useful to the nonprofit community. And the good news is - there are many tools that allow you to enter your data once, and then create both custom Google Maps and Google Earth content overlays (KML files). We'll show you how. But first a brief overview of Maps vs. Earth.

Google Earth Outreach Showcase

Many public-minded groups and individuals are using Google Earth to bring a valuable geographic context to their stories. These examples will show you what others have done with Earth, and hopefully get some ideas flowing for what you might be able to do yourself.

If you'd like to have your content considered for inclusion in this showcase, you can submit your KML or KMZ file here.

Grant Program Details

Google Earth Outreach supports non-profit organizations that share our mission of community service in areas such as education & culture, environment & science, current affairs, global development, public health and social services. As a non-profit organization you can use Google Earth Free to view and create KML files. You can post those KML files on your site or email them to your partners, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries. You may not use Google Earth Free in the course of providing a paid service to other companies or organizations.

As a part of Google Earth Outreach, we grant Google Earth Pro licenses to qualifying organizations. Google Earth Pro has powerful authoring features which allow for GIS data importation such as .shp and tab files, a movie making module, and a high resolution printing feature.

Please view our product comparison to determine whether you need the free version of Google Earth or Google Earth Pro.

Qualifying organizations can also apply for a Google SketchUp Pro grant in the Google Earth Pro grants application. Google SketchUp is software that can be used to create, share and present 3-D models. Try the free version of Google SketchUp, or learn more about SketchUp Pro.
