Hello,
I have been a smoker for about 17 years. I have tried several times to break the habit,
but unfortunately, without any success. I was just wanting to ask if anyone has used Reiki to help quit, and with any results. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Its nice to know that you have tried to quit.
I am a non-smoker so no personal experience. I am lucky to not have tried the first fatal drag.
But we all are passive smokers, not to mention the pollution around.
I have helped a friend to leave his addiction to smoking. It took him more than 6 months but he did quit it. Being a Reiki channel helps
I tried the following method......
Sent Healing to the situation where he smoked the first time.
Every ailment has a emotional side & cause. In Chain Smoking the reason is Denial of Self & Inferiority. So I had to address this situation.
Later when I attuned him, I advised him to do do self healing in the same way.
Used Affirmation & Visualization. One should Imagine a blank screen. Now draw a picture of you smoking. see the harm you cause to self & others. Now send Reiki to this picture. Slowly visualize Reiki wiping away this picture & replacing a picture where you are in harmony with the surroundings. Do this 2 times a week & Reduce the frequency of this technique & in about 3 months don't use it at all. After 3 months only visualize yourself in perfect harmony with the surrounding breathing fresh air. Bless this situation with Reiki.
The Affirmation I used for him was.... I Breathe only Clean & Fresh Air. He continues this Affirmation to date.
I also used a technique called Mind to Mind Healing which uses Affirmation & Reiki symbols. This had to be done several times hands on in person.
On the physical level I advised him to reduce it gradually with the last phase of smoking only 4 times per day till he leaves it permanently where his higher self tells him smoking is useless. Also advised him to buy the costliest available brand during this phase.
