I have had horrible sinus drainage, and I would like Reiki help. My sinuses drain so bad that it is hard for me to breathe sometimes.

It sounds like putting salt water up your nose would make things worse, but it really does work. It removes things that irritate your mucus membranes, so you produce less mucus, and it also helps to dry your sinuses directly because of the salt. If you use tap water even with a Brita filter it helps to boil the water to cause dissolves gases to leave solution. It tends to feel easier on your sinuses that way. If you add a little extra salt - not too much - it helps to dry your sinuses even more.
