Hello team
My wife is suffering a very critic problem of high blood pressure,
I'm doing my best healing efforts on her applying Usui Reki and Kundalini Reiki techniques without success
Are you aware of a Reiki treatment oriented to solve this specific problem?
Your comments are really welcome, thanks in advance for your comments,
best regards
Marco
PS She is under medic supervision, but, I would like to help her as much as possible
Control of High Blood Pressure
Re: Control of High Blood Pressure
Althought I am fully attuned to Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, and many others, high blood pressure runs in my family and it kicked in at age 28 like it did for both my dad and his brother. I went on medication for it and was able to discontinue the medication by exercise - anything that works the large muscles in the legs is good for regulating blood pressure. Then I gained twenty-five pounds and now exercise is not enough to control my blood pressure so I'm back on the pills. If I were to lose the extra weight - and I've stopped drinking alcohol, which also raises blood pressure oddly enough - and cut back on sodium it is possible that the medication may not be needed. Still, for the most part I have to get used to the idea that for the rest of my life I am going to be on medication. Reiki and lifestyle choices may help to have the dosage lower than it would be otherwise, which helps to minimize side effects, but you should keep in mind that the doctor can help pick a particular medication or combination of medications that have fewer side effects for whatever reason. When I was taking an ACE inhibitor I completely lost my sense of taste and would get dizzy standing up, but switching to a beta blocker fixed that. Due to the circumstances of my job, a diuretic would be out of the question - although drinking three liters of water during the day had the same effect and would control my blood pressure so that medicine might not be required. High blood pressure can be a symptom of all sorts of underlying conditions, so it is hard to give generalizations about what works and what doesn't. There was a medication, for example, that was designed to take advantage of the effect that the neurotransmitter nitric oxide has of dilating blood vessels (Viagra). If you relax the blood vessels the heart does not have to work as hard to pump blood through them - they resist less and there is more space for the blood to pass through (diuretics lower blood volume rather than making more room). Some people take the amino acid L-arginine at 3 to 5 grams / day on an empty stomach with water because that triggers production of nitric oxide, too, and leads to vasodilation. Someone at the local health food store suggested garlic and hawthorne capsules for my blood pressure, which I tried before switching to a prescription the first time around - some people get really good results, but I wasn't one of them and besides, it is cheaper with my insurance to go with prescriptions.
