Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement on April 30th

Thank you very much for the Attunement. During the attunement I felt calm and relaxed and a little bit of warmth and tingling in my head and hands and feet. I have been practicing self healing and hand positions for the last few days. I have also tried sending energy to the HLS. I hope to continue to learn and grow and become more experienced with this wonderful gift.
