Dear Master Mohan,
Well, what can I say? Today's attunement for level 1 Ayurdeva Reiki was quite unlike anything I have experienced before. There was no burning of my hands or feet, no vibrant colours, no symbols..... Instead, there was a slight tingling of my fingertips, a very gentle sense of movement of my BEing (although my body was still) and a profound sense of emptiness - not an unpleasant or lonely feeling, but rather a warm, comforting sense of being a part of eveything and nothing (if that makes sense?)
I am really looking forward to this journey and await my next attunement with anticipation.

The feeling you are describing makes sense to me.. You probably wouldn't believe how I can understand that 
I was counciously practicing that for quite a long time while meditating (i meditate often when going to school or somewhere); when taking deep breath I am concentrating on my very body and mind, feeling that "I am in my head"; when relasing I spread my counciousness across the Universe and merge with it completly; in that state I can see myself from any possible angle (e.g. from a very high placed window or by eyes of bird flying above me). I can increase my vibrations doing so and better connetc to the spirit world.
I'll only add, that when I was performing that I didn't know *anything* about ReiKi, but just developing my skills and trying to get further with my progress. Today was my first attunement (Usui ReiKi lev 1), though :p
