Dear Dhrisit,
You have to do regular Ayurveda Reiki & Usui Reiki using the Sei Hei Ki symbol repeatedly.
Ask for the Reiki Light protection & visualize it protecting your aura.
You will have trouble, but eventually you will be better.

Should I be Ayurveda reiki master for using it?? or Ayurveda Reiki 2 is sufficient>>

But you can call Ayurveda Lord Dhanavantri.
