Hi thank you so much for the reiki Usui level 1 attunement on May31, I have meditated and felt the energy on the palm of my hands like a warm energy floating on them...
I don't know if this is normal but that's what I've felt...
I read on the reiki questions and answers that I can call the attunement more than once is this true??
Thanks so much and I'll continue my meditations to strengthen this.
Is there something I need to be thinking or visualizing when doing my reiki meditations?
