Sir, I want to know, is there any method, by which one Reiki Attunement holder can read thoughts of conscious mind of other person(s)...

One person has told me that it is possible after becoming Usui Reiki Master and it can be happened through Third Eye chakra.

What a wonderful topic!

I've heard the same thing. Like all empaths, I "sense" others' feelings and emotions, but I would very much like to learn how to--with the permission of the one being healed's spirit--read them better. This would definitely help Reiki practitioners' ability to help others in their helaing process.
