The Holistic Care

I have a growing intrest in eastern practices and Hinduism. The most enlightened people I know are fromthe east and I am very tired of western culture and practices... People in our society sicken me. I would like to be open to knew cultures and was hoping somebody might be able to give me a push in the right direction in Hinduism, there are so many paths I know not where to begin.
