I am seeking guidance to reduce Arthritis. What parts have to be treated. What mode of reiki would work better on this condition. If we have to use ethereal crystals what do the need to use...

focus with your mind where he pain is the worst. if you are using ethereal crystals simply place them on those spots and charge them up with some bright reiki light. in my experience and from what ive been told by very smart people on here , reiki seems to know where it is needed most. just inend for it to go to your joints or arthritis or wherever you feel it is needed the most. just imagine it, picture clearly with your mind and you will be surprised thta you can feel the relief flowing through you.

Arthritis patient require healing on whole head, both eyes, upper side thigh, foot which covers sole, back of neck, They also require healing of middle and lower back.

Also Heal the areas where the patient feels pain.
