Akash ji,she's just 19yrs.old so,she must be taking stress regarding her study's...
Just ask her why she's taking so much stress,just try to sort out the main issue...
After stress only headache is there...
I think if we'll try to talk to the kidz regarding there problem's,there fear's...so,there will be no chance of getting these issue's like insomnia,headache's etc. at this small age...

If you want you can try aroma oil's also..
For Migraine's and any type of headache's try lavender oil,you can get this at any chemist store..
Just make the person lie without pillow and put 2 to 3drops of lavender oil in both the nostril's..
OR
You can apply directly 2drop's on the forehead and just rub it smoothly...
Hope with these fatima jii will get relief....
