can anyone clean my aura, i have been said that it is very dirty with thought forms, i would be veary greatefull

Alan,
For future use, cleansing your energy of thoughtforms is very easy. If you like meditation, you can meditate and visualize a ray of white light from above shining down and cleansing your aura or use a violet flame. You can also use your hand and sweep the negative energy away, and smudge yourself with sage or incense. There are countless ways!
