Firstly thank you very much for the attunement, its a wonderful gift and I am very grateful to you.

I haven't long received the attunement (this weekend has been manic hehe) and at first didn't feel anything but it didn't take long for my hands to heat up and since have felt quite spaced out, so in a moment I am going to do a little grounding exercise but that is all that I have noticed for the time being.

I am looking forward to practising and perfecting this new level and when I feel ready receiving the next level.

Update:

When I received the Usui reiki ll attunement, I noticed a big difference.  I have used other energy healing techniques which involves long distant healing and I didn't notice much difference with regards to this.  The difference I noticed the most was my ability to heal myself, I know I had some form of a blockage, I know where it came from and why but it wasn't until I received this attunement that it seemed to have a drastic effect on my self healing ability and results are far superior to anything I have ever felt before.  Its an amazing feeling and the most incredible gift I've ever received, its something I will never forget.

I haven't long received my usui reiki lll attunement.  This time I chose a meditation which was based around breathing, I found this a much nicer meditation to use when receiving my attunement and feel very grounded this time around.  The feeling of heat was there again, although not as intense as last time but still very much there.

On THC's main site, under manuals there is mention of on completion of attunements being able to upload a full version of the teacher/master manual.  I'm probably being thick but I can't seem to locate this.  Is this manual still something you do and if so would you please kindly direct me towards this.
