Question about Reiki Distant attunement

I would like to know about Distant Reiki attunement that I've requested for 14th of this month.
Is there a specific agreed time to sit down and ready to get the distant reiki attunement?
Or can I be ready at anytime on that date?

Sorry, I tried to find it out, but I couldn't or I missed the information .
