Hi everyone...
my name is Shirin, I am very new to this Forum..
I need help if possible for myself...i am suffering from an intens migrane...getting really really worse nowadays...
I really appreciate if anyone would help me...

I've experienced severe migraines in the past and unless you've experienced them yourself, its hard to truly understand the misery and pain they cause let alone the disruption in day to day living.

Dear Shirin,
I will be sending Reiki to you till you are healed & I firmly affirm that you are healed.
Shirin you Better take a Usui Reiki 1 Attunement very soon . Read all the Reiki manuals and digest all that you can learn....the Reiki attunements, reiki values & procedures. Please request for any info you would like from me directly by mail or in the post.
I can understand the pain you are going through. at the same time I would like to remind you that everybody in life goes through a period of pain one way or the other. each one has their share of suffering. You are not alone. Remember there is always someone who is suffering more than you. Shirin I mean no offence, but its good to keep a positive attitude in such matters. Try to divert your mind some where else.
I also advise you to find some helpful tips on non-drug Migraine cures on Google/yahoo Search.
Remember theres always love here in the forum, so do keep coming here often. There are some wonderful people out here always ready to help.
Do take a Reiki attunement, help yourself & others.
