First of all, I would like to thank all of you who make this spiritual evolution possible because with the attunements that's what we achieve a part from a healing methode which is not less important.

During my attunement I felt a slight tingling on my head and a bit on my arms. The next day I reattuned and felt warm swirling energy in my 3rd chakra. Reading on the net I found that Kundalini Yoga says, kundalini starts here.

It was nice and comforting.
